Enter the SETTINGS section of the mobile app.
Select USER & PERMISSIONS.
LOCATE AND SELECT THE USER in which you wish to reset the password.
Click the PASSWORD FIELD and enter the NEW PASSWORD.
Click UPDATE.
The password has been reset. This password must be shared with the user so they can log in.
