If you created your account using a Facebook, Google or Apple account, you will not be able to update your password with this process. They will need to be updated with that third-party provider.
📱 MOBILE
On the LOGIN SCREEN of the mobile app, select FORGOT PASSWORD.
ENTER THE EMAIL associated with your account.
Click RESET.
Locate the Forgot Password email and select CHANGE PASSWORD.
Enter your new password and confirm the password, then click CHANGE.
You can now log in with your new password.
💻 WEB
On the LOGIN SCREEN of the web app, select FORGOT PASSWORD.
ENTER THE EMAIL associated with your account.
Click RESET.
